Bella Saenz

Bella Saenz is a Junior Operations Associate at MATS, where she supports the organization across facilities, human resources, vendor management, and communications. She is currently completing her undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology at UC San Diego, with an expected graduation in March 2027. After being introduced to MATS through a fellow in the program, she developed a deep commitment to building the operational foundation that enables researchers and the broader AI safety community to do their best work.
