Azra Fazal

Azra Fazal is an Operations Generalist at MATS Research. She has more than a decade of experience leading programs across sectors, from humanitarian organizations to higher education. She holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge, where her research focused on responsible AI adoption in organisations. She has also contributed to Cambridge ThinkLab research with the Wikimedia Foundation on AI and the future of knowledge integrity. She joined MATS to help build the research talent needed to reduce risks from advanced AI and to help ensure its development is beneficial for humanity.
