Sofia Surla

Sofia manages Operations at MATS in London, supporting the team and scholars with day-to-day office management, process set-up, and future planning. She previously worked as a program manager in legal and sales operations and has been on the path to AI safety since she read The Alignment Problem in 2022. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Cognition and Computation.
