Joseph Lemien

Joseph works as a Business Operations Specialist at MATS, supporting the organization with project management and process optimization, mainly focused on HR and Finance. Before joining MATS he did operations management and human resources work for a variety of non-profit organizations and startups. He studied political science in college, spent a decade in Beijing, and later earned a master’s degree in management. He is also a certified project manager through the Project Management Institute.
