Joseph Lemien

Joseph works as an Operations Generalist at MATS, supporting the organization with project management and process optimization. Before joining MATS he did operations management and human resources work for a variety of non-profit organizations for startups. He studied political science and anthropology in college, spent a decade in Beijing, and later earned a master’s degree in management. He is also a certified project manager through the Project Management Institute. Outside of work Joseph runs several books clubs, is a trained yoga instructor, and loves eating Sichuan dry pot.
