Joseph Lemien

Joseph works as an Operations Generalist at MATS, supporting the organization with process and systems. Before joining MATS he worked in operations for EA organizations, for cross-cultural non-profits, and for education-focused startups. He studied Chinese language and culture as an undergrad and later earned a master’s degree in management. He is also a certified project manager through the Project Management Institute. Outside of work Joseph runs several books clubs, is a trained yoga instructor, and loves eating Sichuan dry pot.
