Jana Guraziu

Jana leads the Community Team at MATS, which supports the well-being of the MATS community. The team works to build a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where scholars can flourish as individuals. They also help facilitate connection with the broader AI Alignment community. Jana studied biology at Harvard and biostatistics at UNC, and she brings experience in project management, data analysis, writing, and community building.
