Pratiksha Dange

Pratiksha Dange is the Compute Administrator at MATS, where she ensures scholars have seamless access to the computational resources needed for AI alignment and safety research. With a Master's in Data Science from George Washington University and five years of experience in technical operations, Pratiksha brings expertise in system administration, data-driven decision making, resource optimization, and automation.

Before joining MATS, she led technical teams at Accenture and managed enterprise systems at Colgate-Palmolive, developing scalable solutions and data-driven workflows. Pratiksha is passionate about enabling cutting-edge research through robust infrastructure and is driven by a commitment to AI safety and MATS' mission of reducing risks from advanced AI.
