Xuandong Zhao

Xuandong is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at UC Berkeley as part of the RDI and BAIR, working with Prof. Dawn Song. He earned my PhD in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara, where he was advised by Prof. Yu-Xiang Wang and Prof. Lei Li. Prior to that, Xuandong graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University. He have also interned at leading tech companies including Alibaba, Microsoft and Google.

Xuandong's current research interests lie in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and AI Safety, with a particular focus on Responsible and Reliable Generative AI.
