With 30 years of experience in strategy, international relations, and entrepreneurship, I am passionate about creating and promoting safe & beneficial emerging technologies (starting with AI) and action-oriented policies.

At Lionheart Ventures, I am part of a team committed to discovering and nurturing early and growth-stages startups that are responsibly advancing the field of AI.

As a member of the OECD group of Experts on AI Futures and of Trustworthy AI Investments , I collaborate with experts and stakeholders from various sectors and regions to guide the responsible development and use of AI, grounded in responsible development/deployment of AI systems, fostering innovation, and economic growth.

My educational background is rooted in a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master in Defense, Geostrategy & Industrial Dynamics from Université Panthéon Assas. I have both studied and taught International Relations at Sciences Po Paris.
