Alan Chan

Alan Chan is a Research Fellow at GovAI.

He has work on the governance implications of AI agents and also generally interested in technical AI governance.

Alan completed his PhD at Mila, advised by Nicolas Le Roux and David Krueger. Previously at Amii + UAlberta, he was a MSc student with Martha White.
